This course consists of 4 steps, beginning with an online one-month program. This Pre-event Online Course is the place where together we pave the way for the 8+ months of leadership development.
The Leadership Development Program was created to provide a more intentional approach to local leadership at AFS.
The creation of a solid and sustainable framework to develop leaders at the local level will positively impact other areas of the organization in the long term such as volunteer retention, participant support, and host family satisfaction.
This course would be available in English and Spanish.
